The ITBG repair service is a simple and affordable way to extend the life of your IT equipment.
Over the years we have gathered a great amount of knowledge in the arears of testing, diagnosing & repairing IT equipment and can repair all makes of laptop, notebook & desktop.
We will collect, repair and return your unit to you, the cost includes all logistics and technical fees, the only additional cost is for any spare parts that are needed to complete your repair. You will receive a quote for the parts required to accomplish your repair before we proceed and we aim to have your unit back to you with 7 days of collecting it.
If you wish, you can either send or drop the unit into us yourself which will reduce the overall cost of repair to you.

We have made arrangements for component level technicians repair multi layered/wired boards that would otherwise need to be procured at high cost. Our purpose built workshop facilities (over 7,000 square feet) allow us to test parts and use full working systems for problem determination and root cause analysis within a safe test environment.
